SOMERSET COLD BREW BLEND

A blend specifically designed for cold brew, but fantastic in any mode. We have been drinking it as pour over in addition to cold brew at the warehouse and it is kind of incredible. We cannot wait to try it as espresso.

When we began to build a cold brew blend we wanted something chocolatey, but we also wanted to add a layer of complexity and character that is often lacking in cold brew. Yes Ma’am was the perfect place to begin. Wanting to play to the strengths of cold brew, we have added just a bit more development to our standard Yes Ma’am. This extra time and temp knocks down a bit of the acidity, rounds out some of the high notes, and really plays up the chocolate. All this, while maintaining a bit of fruity complexity.

This is our first blend release in quite awhile and we look forward to offering it year round. Happy brewing folks.
