Layo Taraga washing station was founded in 2000 and serves 500 smallholder farms. Coffee cherry is sorted and delivered, before depulping and fermentation. Coffee is then washed and dried on raised bed. This coffee received special attention throughout processing. Selecting only ripe cherries and removing any damaged broken or otherwise defective beans.

All of this leads to lively cup. Tart lime acidity, chocolate, caramel, and sugar cane sweetness. Well balanced, with a smooth body.
