This class will cover it all and your baristas will be able to speak fluently amongst themselves and with customers about all of these things.
This course covers coffee all along the supply chain. We will discuss how and where it is grown, how it's processed, exported, imported, and roasted. This will give your employees the background they need in order to be a good representative of the coffee they are selling. It will also help instill the significance of their role as a coffee representative.
Come and work through your milk frothing troubles. We will start with the fundamentals of steaming milk and progress to steaming for each individual style drink. The focus of this class is healthy barista techniques when steaming quality milk. We will also cover different forms of latte art such as the Monks Head, Hearts, Rosetta, Tulips, and Swans. Milk is provided.
